Driving Home / Auf dem Weg nach Hause

We drove home today, an absolutely gorgeous sunny day, with little traffic on the roads. Every time we go somewhere, I am reminded of how amazing the scenery it here. It's not just miles and miles of highway bordered by cornfields or shopping malls or urban sprawl or sound barrier walls. It's roads running through long tunnels and enormous mountains with random castles thrown in here or there for good measure. This photo was taken through the front windshield as we whizzed along the highway, about forty minutes from home.
